As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you’ll have the chance to generate new leads, drive sales, and secure upgrades. WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Networking: Build relationships with homeowner and associations, multi-dwelling unit managers, leasing agents, and others to boost sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with training new hires, collaborate with other departments, and partner with leadership to discover new growth strategies.
  • Flexible Hours: Work non-traditional hours to maximize customer contact opportunities.
  • Professionalism: Maintain the highest ethical standards, follow company policies, and take ownership of the customer experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales.
  • Language: Bilingual (English – Spanish) preferred
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of exceptional customer service, proficiency with Smart Phones, iPads, and computers.
  • Requirements: Valid state driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, walk 2-4 miles a day, and carry marketing materials for extended periods.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the local South Phoenix market with established contacts, 2+ years of outside/field sales experience, and experience in residential direct sales, home security, or telecommunications.

COMPENSATION
  • Target Earnings: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, including a base salary and commission. Potential to earn more with our uncapped commission structure as a high performer.
