Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the CEO and Chairman of ZoomOnline. The individual will have proven experience as an Executive PA ensuring key task and company initiatives are accomplished with high efficiency. To manage the executives calendar, including itineraries, travel, facilitating as well as attending meeting & capturing notes where required.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs) and key responsibilities – (Weighted)
       Managing the CEO & Chairman’s calendar , Making Travel arrangements, Assisting with appointments and meetings Assist with administrative tasks as requested by ChairmanExpense management on behalf of CEO and Chairman
      Professionalism                                                                                                                  Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and the executives. Demonstrate good time management, which includes prioritising of tasks, punctuality, and general timekeeping.Communicate appropriately with external clients as well as with internal employees- communication includes telephonic, face-to-face and e-mail correspondence.Display positive attitude and respect towards the team, tasks, and the company’s code of conduct.

Additional Information
Working Arrangement: Office I Remote I HybridThe incumbent will be required to work in office initially with an opportunity for hybrid / remote work as the business neutralises out of start-up
Experience3-5 years’ experience in exec PA role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
