Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role of the Marketing Assistance is to provide support for the development and education of the ZoomOnline brand. The individual will have proven experience in a marketing role, ensuring key tasks and company initiatives are accomplished with high efficiency. To execute on marketing campaigns internally and externally, whilst working alongside teams & suppliers within the organisation.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs) and key responsibilities – (Weighted)
  • Working with the CEO on the execution marketing plan for ZoomOnline.
  • Managing supplier engagements to ensure the set marketing goals are achieved.
  • Successfully executing on the set marketing calendar & activities for the company.
  • Providing accurate reporting on the company’s marketing initiatives as and when needed.
  • Managing all aspects of the company’s digital footprint, including the company website and social media pages.
  • Working with and supporting the sales teams to drive customer brand awareness & product interest.
  • Managing in conjunction with the sales leadership any marketing activation campaigns.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the product collateral is up to date at all times.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company.
  • Demonstrate good time management, which includes prioritising of tasks, punctuality, and general timekeeping.
  • Communicate appropriately with external suppliers as well as with internal employees- communication includes telephonic, face-to-face and e-mail correspondence.
  • Display positive attitude and respect towards the team, tasks, and the company’s code of conduct.

Additional Information
Working Arrangement: Office I Remote I HybridThis is an in-office position, please be a commutable distance from Ross Towers, Downtown Dallas .The incumbent will be required to work in office initially with an opportunity for hybrid / remote work as the business neutralises out of start-up.
Experience3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adobe illustrator skills would be advantageous.
