Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is to drive area sales of Fibre Internet Services to the home & Fibre Internet Services to the Businesses. The individual will have proven experience in sales and selling ICT or ISP services, engaging directly with customers to help promote the ZoomOnline Fibre Internet packages.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs) and key responsibilities – (Weighted)
       Achieving Product Sales Targets for the region , Driving New Business Sales Performance in the region. Managing on the ground activation campaigns to drive product sales adoption and uptake.Achieving Customer set targets for Expression of Interest Campaigns in the regionResponsible for driving new business product sales across business customers and home customers  
      Professionalism                                                                                                                  Professionalism when engaging with Customers and fellow team membersDemonstrate good time management, which includes prioritising of tasks, punctuality, and providing sales activity feedback.Communicate appropriately with external clients as well as with internal employees- communication includes telephonic, text , face-to-face and e-mail correspondence.Display positive attitude and respect towards the team, tasks, and the company’s code of conduct.Good team dynamic towards working with external teams.
Job Requirements
Qualification, Industry specialization  Minimum requirements 2 Years’ experience as a Sales AgentAdded advantage / beneficial  

Additional Information
Working Arrangement: Office I Remote I HybridThis is a field sales role and the expectation is that the regional sales agent will be involved in area campaigns to drive fibre internet package sales 
Experience2-3 years’ experience in a sales related role. Knowledge of ICT or Telecoms industry is required.
