When you refer a friend to ZoomOnline, they must sign up using your unique referral code. Once their service is activated and they pay their first bill, you’ll receive the first half of your reward. You’ll get the second half after they’ve stayed with us for two more months and paid their bills on time.
You must be at least 18, live in the U.S., and be an active ZoomOnline customer in good standing.
A new customer is someone who has never had ZoomOnline service or hasn’t had an account with us in the last 180 days.
You can refer up to 10 new customers every 12 months.
Your referral code is valid for 12 months from the day it’s created. After that, it needs to be renewed.
You can share it via email, text, social media, or even verbally—but the new customer must enter the code at the time of sign-up to qualify.
Unfortunately, referral codes must be applied at sign-up. Rewards cannot be issued retroactively.
No. Self-referrals are not allowed, and multiple referrals to the same household will count as just one.
If your friend cancels, disconnects, or doesn’t pay their bills on time, you won’t receive the remaining reward.
You can find your referral code by logging into the ZoomOnline Customer Portal or the ZoomOnline Mobile App. Once you’re logged in, head to the Referral Program section where your unique code will be displayed. From there, you can copy and share it with friends and family
