The entire process is coordinated through our ZoomOnline team. A scheduling and installation coordinator from ZoomOnline will call you to confirm your approved fiber installation date. All home installations are done by our approved ZoomOnline installer partners who will be clearly identifiable by branded ZoomOnline badges, vehicles and clothing.

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow a customer to upgrade a new order before the fiber internet line has been installed. As soon as we have installed the fiber internet and the service is active, you are able to login to the ZoomOnline portal or Zoom Online mobile app and upgrade to your preferred package.

Your first bill will be invoiced after your service has been activated. The first bill will also be prorated based on the first date of service go live.
Our fiber internet is billed in advance. Your first bill will be prorated based on your start date, covering the days from activation to the end of that month, plus the full next month. For example, if your service starts on the 5th, your first bill will cover the 5th to the 30th. After that, you’ll be billed from the 1st to the end of each month, with invoices sent out on the 26th.
