Effective Date: March 1, 2025

1. Promotional Offer Details
   Eligible new customers who enroll in Automatic Clearing House (ACH) payments may qualify for discounted promotional pricing, locked for 24 months, subject to ongoing eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

   Promotional Pricing:

   a. 500Mbps: $49/month (ACH) | $59/month (Other payment methods)
   b. 1Gbps: $59/month (ACH) | $69/month (Other payment methods)
   c. 2.5Gbps: $89/month (ACH) | $99/month (Other payment methods)
   d. To receive ACH pricing, customers must set up and maintain automatic payments via ACH. If ACH payments are discontinued or removed, the account will revert to the standard $10 higher price per month.

    

2. Price Lock Guarantee
   The price lock guarantee applies from the activation date of the service and the first billing invoice for a period of 24 months. This guarantee is not dependent on the customer’s payment method, including switching to or from ACH payments.

    

3. Payment Method Change & Billing Cutoff Dates
   Once activated, customers may change their payment method. However, changes must be completed before the 20th of the month for the updated payment method and associated pricing to take effect in the following month. Changes made between the 21st of the current month and the 20th of the next month will take effect on the 1st of the following month.

   a. Example: Payment change submitted between March 21 and April 20, 2025 = Effective May 1, 2025.
   b. Example: Payment change submitted between April 21 and May 20, 2025 = Effective June 1, 2025.

    

4. Payment Terms & Fees
   

   a. ACH / Credit Card payments will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month for the upcoming billing period.
   b. The first pro-rated bill will be deducted upon service activation.
   c. If an ACH / Credit Card payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other reason, a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fee of $25 will apply. Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
   d. By enrolling, customers expressly authorize automatic ACH / Credit Card withdrawals for monthly service payments.

    

5. Existing Customers & Transition Eligibility
   

   a. Existing active customers may transition to this pricing plan starting May 1, 2025.
   b. Customers currently on a 3-month free promotion may opt in; however, by doing so, they forfeit any remaining free months and will be billed immediately at the new rate.
   c. Fulfilment customers (orders are awaiting activation) may switch to this plan upon service activation, forfeiting any prior free months.

    

6. Promotion Duration & Modifications
   This promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may be modified, extended, or discontinued with a 30-day advance notice. Customers will be notified via email or their account portal.

   Continued participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    

7. Cancellation & Changes
   

   a. Customers who wish to cancel ACH payments may do so without incurring additional penalties, aside from the standard pricing adjustment as mentioned in point 1 above.

    

8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
   By enrolling in this promotional offer, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
